"Original wrapped vending machine with Battle of Sekigahara design" introduced at Sekigahara-cho Museum of History and Folklore Study in Gifu!

On October 21, 2020, a 'Tokugawa Ieyasu' design vending machine was installed at the Sekigahara-cho Museum of History and Folklore Study (formerly Sekigahara-cho Museum of History and Folklore), which reopened in conjunction with the 'Gifu Sekigahara historic battleground memorial hall.'

As the Sekigahara-cho Museum of History and Folklore Study is adjacent to Tokugawa Ieyasu's final encampment, the vending machine is designed with a Tokugawa Ieyasu wrapping. On both sides of the machine are the famous family crest "Mitsuba-aoi" of Mito Komon and a grand Ieyasu illustration. The illustration is by Mr. Tsuyoshi Nagano, a recognized authority on realistic historical illustrations including Japanese military warriors and many other works, and just seeing his work is worth the visit.

coca-cola Bottlers Japan will continue to work with Sekigahara-cho to install vending machines of warrior designs at locations near warrior-related historic sites in town, including the 'Ishida Mitsunari' vending machine to be installed in front of Sasaoyama Koryukan in 2021 or thereafter.
